When contacting us:
- Please state the name used the place the order, your order number and a description of the products you ordered. Without this information we are unable to trace your details and email may be considered to be SPAM and automatically deleted.
- Ensure you can accept email from our eusasion.co.uk domain - if your ISP or any anti-spam system you use are blocking email from this address you will not receive our reply or other details about your order..
- To ensure a speedy response ALWAYS include any previous correspondance in your replies. This helps us track what information has already been supplied to you.
- During busy periods it may be difficult to contact us by phone. The best way to contact us is by email, If you are enquiriung about an existing order, please reply to the payment confirmation email as it contains information we need to investigate your order.
- If you are contacting us about an existing order, use our customer service number, 01702 614422, which is staffed Mon - Fri 10:00 - 16:00. Our sales office staff do not have access to existing order details and will be unable to help you.
FAQ's
- When will my order be dispatched?
- Usually all orders received before midday will be dispatched the same working day (excludes personalised items). We hold huge stocks, but occasionally during busy periods items do go out of stock for a short period of time. If this is the case we will contact you using the email address you supplied when you placed your order and notify you of the delay and expected delivery date.
- What is the best way to contact you?
- As an internet company operating 24 hours every day, the best way to contact us is by email (orders@esuasion.co.uk)
- What is your standard delivery service?
- For items sent by courier, our standard delivery is a 48 hour service . Next day delivery is available on some items to UK mainland addresses (excludes highlands and Islands). All other items are sent by 1st class recorded post.
- What does UK mainland mean
- Mainland England, Wales and Scotland. It excludes all islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island etc. Special rates apply to these locations.
- Who will deliver my order?
- Items sent by courier will be delivered by Parcel Force (UK addresses only).
- Can you deliver outside the UK
- Yes - we can deliver most products to most mainland European destinations (excluding Greece).
- Can I track my order?
- We are currently working with Parcel Force to provide an easy to use track and trace system. However, when your order is dispatched you'll receive an email specifiying your consignment number. You can track your order via the www.parcelforce.com website.
- What will name will appear on my credit card for this transaction?
- You will see "ESUASION" on your credit card statement
- Can I collect my order?
- It is possible to collect your order for some products, but we are not a shop and you need to arrange a time/date beforehand to ensure we are expecting you and your goods are ready for collection.
- What are your hours of business
- Our normal opening hours are 9:00 - 17:00 for sales enquiries, but our core hours are 10:00 - 16:00 - This is when all of our staff are available. Please ensure you use the correct telephone number. Our sales office staff are unable to help with existing order enquiries
Printed/Personalised Golf Balls
- How long does it take to print my products
- For orders under 10 dozen, please allow 10 working days (about 2 weeks), Orders over 10 dozen may take slightly longer. However, try not to leave placing your order to the last minute, at busy times of the year, stock availability may cause delays.
- Do all the balls have to be printed the same
- Normally yes, However, we can print different designs at an additional charge per design. This is to cover the artwork set up costs involved.
- Can you print photographs
- Yes - The print area is a 22mm circle so we usually crop the photograph accordingly.
- How many colours am I allowed in my design
- We print in full colour, so there is no restriction. But clear simple designs stand out better
- How big is the print area?
- The print area is a 22mm circle, so round shapes print better than square ones.
- What file format can you accept?
- The files should be in gif or jpeg format and the resolution needs to be 600dpi at 22mm - do not use non-fixed formats wuch as word as these may display differently on our systems.
- How so i send the files to you?
