The number should be in the format of 2 letters (KL) followed by 7 numbers.

Please note: you will not be able to track/trace your consignment until after 5:30pm on the day of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change it in any way (this includes the delivery address). Your consignment is insured and will require a signature. If no one is available to sign for you parcel, the driver will leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery or collection.
